How can I help?
■ I am a member of the Gynaecology Team and work closely with your doctor and the gynaecology nurses.
■ I can provide ongoing support throughout your treatment and living with and beyond cancer.
■ I can refer to other agencies for support groups, counselling, financial advice and health and well-being events.
■ I will complete holistic needs assessments (HNA) with you at points along your cancer pathway. This will address any physical, practical, family/relationship and emotional concerns you may have.
