Dr. James Egbuji (MBBS, FRCP London) is a consultant physician and works as part of the Trust's Stroke Care Team.
For the last 12 years he has been the Trust’s clinical lead for geriatric medicine specialising in stroke medicine.
Dr. Egbuji studied medicine at the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus and qualified in 1982. His special interest is in cardiovascular disease prevention, including lifestyle and behavioural changes and hypertension, particularly among the ethnic minorities in the UK.
