Patient Portal goes live at George Eliot Hospital

A pilot of our new innovative MyCare in Warwickshire Patient Portal has now launched at George Eliot Hospital for the Oral Surgery and Ear, Nose and Throat medical specialties.

Patients who have an upcoming appointment with these specialties will be invited via text message to register with the portal, where they can digitally view their appointment letter and details.

Once registered, patients can log on using a secure username and password to view their appointments and choose to go paperless for future letters.

Further functionality will be added in the future, such as the ability to change or cancel appointments. The portal will be rolled out across all Outpatient specialties throughout 2024.
