Launching today, the IEXCEL awards are your opportunity to recognise a staff member, volunteer or team who has gone above and beyond and to say thank you.
Sponsored by the George Eliot Hospital Charity, each month a clinical individual, non-clinical individual and team will receive an award to recognise their outstanding achievements.
Every nominee gets a digital certificate with their nomination on to use as they want. With winners receiving special prizes provided by the George Eliot Hospital Charity.
Judging panels have been revamped too, with new representatives from areas from right across the Trust, encompassing a huge range of roles and responsibilities, ensures a fair process.
The information you provide when nominating will be used by the new judging panels to highlight how the individual has displayed the EXCEL values which underpin what we stand for at George Eliot, so please make reference to these in your nomination.
