George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust will be providing Community Dental Services across Coventry and Warwickshire from 1st August 2024 - taking over the Coventry service from the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust from that date.
Care and medical records for Coventry residents will be securely transferred to George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and patients will continue to see the same health professionals in the same way as previously.
Patients do not need to take any action.
From 1 August 2024, the new contact telephone number will be 02476 280422.
