Our refer a friend scheme helps us to recruit amazing individuals via our greatest asset, our colleagues.
The refer a friend scheme is currently eligible for the following roles:
- Domestic Assistants (Band 2)
- Healthcare Clinical Support Workers (Band 2)
How does it work?
- If your friend is successful in getting one of the above roles with us, you will receive £250 once your friend is in post and has passed their probationary period at 6 months.
- Your friend will be offered a bonus payment of £250 upon successful completion of their probationary period at 6 months and a further £250 when they have completed 12 months’ continuous service as a substantive member of staff.

How do I refer my friend?
Your friend applies in the usual way, via NHS jobs, however they need to include on their application form your name. Each job that is eligible for the refer a friend scheme will have this referenced both in recruitment documents and at interviews. We're currently looking for:
- Domestic Assistants (Band 2)
- Healthcare Clinical Support Workers (Band 2)
