Excelling underpins everything we do at George Eliot; the awards are your chance to highlight where a team or individual has helped the hospital achieve this in their own way and show your appreciation
We want to hear where they have made a difference. Whether this is in the care provided, supported you to overcome something, excelled in education, or achieved more than you thought possible.
Supported by George Eliot Hospital Charity, three awards are selected every month: a Team award, an individual in a non-clinical role and an individual in a clinical role. So, whether you want to recognise a clinician, educator, trainee, volunteer, or administrator this is your chance to say thank you.
The information you provide when nominating an individual/team will be used by a panel of judges to highlight how the individual has displayed the EXCEL values which underpin what we stand for at George Eliot, so please make reference to these in your nomination.

Please note the group receive a high number of nominations so the more detail you provide in your submission the better chance the member of staff or team you are nominating will be selected as a winner.
Every person or team will be sent a certificate with your comments to ensure they get the recognition they deserve.
