George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust is working in collaboration with the Veterans Contact Point in Nuneaton as well as GP services and Warwickshire County Council to improve the health of veterans locally.
The first checks will be offered as part of the ‘Brew and Banter’ events at the Veterans Contant Point Nuneaton Hub from Wednesday 22nd of January, with further sessions in different community locations to be released throughout the year.
This initiative is being offered as a collaboration between George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust, Veterans Contant Point, Warwickshire County Council, North Arden Primary Care Network and Nuneaton and Bedworth Primary Care Network.
